Carahsoft Technology, Corp/1P3C5/Contract #: N66001-19-A-0120 and EC America, Inc/1QTH6/Contract #: N66001-21-A-0025 D-RFO 208.74 requires authorized software buyers and requiring officials to review the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) website for DoD inventory or availability of an existing DoD ESI agreement before pursuing another acquisition method. The Nutanix software falls under the scope of a current ESI BPA, and will be purchased under the ordering procedures of RFO 8.4, the ESI website, and ordering guide.
