- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The following is a summary of what the Government intents to solicit. *** BCMA OUTPATIENT MEDICATION BARCODE SCANNERS FOR VISN 15 *** All quotes will be for the requested BCMA Outpatient Medication Barcode Scanners and they must be listed on the Government�s Oracle Health�s Validated Peripheral List in order for the quote to be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 334118 � Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, with a Size Standards of 1,000 Employees, and Product Supply Code (PSC) of 6515. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract, FOB Destination requirement. All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on June 15,2026. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be July 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time (CT). RFQ responses will be submitted via E-mail referencing the �RFQ - 36C25526Q0427� in the subject line to teresa.cabanting@va.gov. Questions regarding this RFQ will be submitted on or before 07/07/2026 at 11:00 a.m. CT via E-mail referencing the �RFQ - 36C25526Q0427� in the subject line to teresa.cabanting@va.gov. All amendments, other information pertaining to this Request for Quote, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov/content/home. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with RFO 4.203, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, RFO 4.203-1(b) states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database. All Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) shall be verified in SBA Dynamic Small Business Search at https://dsbs.sba.gov/. Non-OEM firms must submit their Authorized Distributor Letter with the quote.
