- Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TN City: Nashville Delineated Area: Start Turn Right onto US 431 North/ Hillsboro Rd; Turn Right onto TN-254 East Old Hickory Blvd; Turn Right onto TN-11; Turn Right onto Concord Rd; Turn left onto Wilson Pike; Turn Right onto E McEwen Dr; Turn Right onto Cool Springs Blvd; Turn Right onto Mack Hatcher Memorial Pkwy; Turn Right onto Franklin Rd; Vere Left onto Holly Tree Gap Rd; Holly Tree Gap Rd turns into Murray Ln, returning to the starting point-US 431 North/ Hillsboro Rd. End Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 85,848 SF Maximum Sq. Ft.
