Description

-This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract between the United States Forest Service and the prospective vendor -Vendors will have an active System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov account at the time of award and provide the sam.gov Unique Identity Identifier (UEI) in their responses. -Payment is only made via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) at: https://www.ipp.for.fiscal.treasury.gov -Vendors responding to this solicitation shall submit their quote in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR 52.212-1. Pursuant to FAR 52.212-2, the criteria for evaluations are (1) Price (2) Performance Relevancy Questionaire (Exhibit A). The basis for award is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) -This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current version of the FAR and other applicable laws. Period of Performance Dates: 07/01/2026 - 06/30/2027 Location: Two Service building locations: Location 1: Catahoula District Office 5325 LA-8, Bentley, LA 71407.
