- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Award: 15M10226PA4700151 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source base firm fixed price contract for FY26 D69 Autoexpresso (EZ Pass) Tolls. The period of performance for this is June 2026 � September 2030. The total estimated value is approximately $ $83,564.52 and is being awarded to AUTORIDAD DE CARRETERAS Y TRANSPORTACION. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
