- The purpose of this RFI is solely to gather information and feedback from potential sources as part of market research for the Environmental Control Systems Replacement ECSR program requirements in support of MMIII System Program Office SPO at Hill AFB Utah. Please see attachment for further information RFI Environmental Control Systems Replacement 2026.docx.
