Description: The Bureau of Administration, Global Operations has a requirement to provide temporary lodging for Department of State (DOS) sponsored personnel assigned to training, prior to departing for an overseas tour of duty, during transition to a domestic assignment, or temporarily in the DMV to receive medical treatment or active evacuation orders from an overseas post, as well as any other needs in the DMV as requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative. The Program established to facilitate provision of temporary lodging is the Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Lodging Program.
