No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. There is no bid package or solicitation currently available. In order to protect the integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Response Date: Jun 22, 2026, 11:00 AM Thailand Time This notice aims to provide public notice of a forthcoming project at Naval Education Training Command (NETDC), Naval Station Leovigildo Gantioqui, San Antonio, Zambales, Philippines. The government plans to issue a solicitation approximately July or August 2026. This notice also aims to collect names of contractors interested in attending the pre-solicitation site visit for the Base Access Request (BAR) that will be facilitated by the US Government.
