Description

NOTICE TO INDUSTRY: Due to a Government system-to-system transmission error between PIEE and SAM.gov, this solicitation has been manually published to ensure timely release. All proposal submissions must still be made via the PIEE Solicitation Module. This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP).The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD, announces its intention to procure, on a competitive basis, services for Aeromechanics and Systems Engineering research, development, and technical support.1. ACQUISITION OVERVIEW Competition Strategy: This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code:NAICS Code: 541715 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences), with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Product Service Code (PSC): R425 (Engineering and Technical Services).Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Single Award (SA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Cost-Reimbursable CLINs. Period of Performance: The contract will have a five (5) year ordering period. Solicitation Number: N00421-26-R-1009.See the attached RFP (including Section J attachments) for full requirements.2. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: All proposals shall be submitted electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil.
