- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT (as prescribed in FAR/ RFO 6.301-1). This notice of intent is for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), intends to award a sole source contract to Sonoco Protective Solutions, 3930 Ventura Drive, Suite 450, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 for the acquisition of Sonoco Thermo-Safe Endurotherm and Refrigerants Insulated Temperature Shipping Containers.
