- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is issing this Combined Synopsis and Solicitaion, W9124J26RRESP, for the requirement of contractor-provided Respite Care Services in support of the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP). The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, and oversight necessary to perform non-personal EFMP Respite Care Services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Core requirements include comprehensive program management, family intake and assessment, matching qualified care providers with families, and the direct delivery of safe, reliable, and compliant respite care services to eligible Exceptional Family Members (EFMs). Prospective offerors must possess the capability to manage sensitive care scenarios, ensure the continuous safety of EFMs, and maintain high-quality service delivery.
