- The contractor shall provide sewage pumping services at multiple vault and holding tank locations at Black Butte Lake, in Orland, California, Tehema County. Services include the safe removal and off-site disposal of sewage. Instructions to Offerors: All unit prices and total prices shall be rounded to the nearest whole dollar. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 9 June 2026, 1100/11:00 Pacific Daylight Time. ********** Amendment P00001 ********* The purpose of amendment P00001 is to: 1. Update CLIN 2017 with the total required Quantity (Qty) and Units for 5 year pump out inspection of Vaults 2. Provide an updated Price Schedule No other changes made or implied.
