- RPFO-WILDLIFE GUZZLERS This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140L4026Q0019 is issued as a request for quote WILDLIFE GUZZLERS. This acquisition is set-aside for total small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at http://www.acquisition.gov/. A detailed description of the requirement is provided in the attached Statement of Work. Applicable provisions and clauses are attached. Quotes must be in accordance with the instructions detailed in this section. Failure to submit quotes according to the instructions provided within the solicitation may result in the respondent�s quote not being considered for award. Quoters shall submit the following information in its entirety: Complete and Signed Standard Form (SF) 1449, including price Signed Acknowledgment of all amendments Evaluation Required Information Offerors must submit your quote referencing the solicitation number. Quotes must be received via email to lashondra_hubbard@ios.doi.gov no later than June 16, 2026, 9:00 a.m., Central Time. Quotes shall remain valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the specified offer due date. Late quotations will not be considered for award. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation must be received via email to lashondra_hubbard@ios.doi.gov no later than June 08, 2026, 9:00 AM, Central Time.
