- The Embassy of the United States of America in Abidjan, Cote d�Ivoire invites you to submit the proposals for the health and life insurance services for the locally employees and their dependents. The pre-quotation meeting will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 9:00am at the Embassy. Prospective offerors should submit email to Traorebx@state.gov by June 5, 2026, for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Proposals are due on July 3, 2026, before 12:00 Noon. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
