- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Idaho Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit (ID CFWRU) has a requirement for Wildlife Telemetry Transmitters better than or equal to CTT BluBat tags and Flicker GPS Gen 2 tags, to be delivered to Moscow, Idaho within 30 days from the date the contractor receives the purchase order. There are no options. This competitive RFQ is being issued in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures. The anticipated award date is 06/01/2026. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov to be awarded the purchase order. All questions shall be submitted via email to miranda_blankenship@ios.doi.gov no later than 1:00PM EDT, Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Quotations shall be submitted to Miranda Blankenship at miranda_blankenship@ios.doi.gov no later than 1:00PM EDT, Friday, May 15, 2026. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 1250 employees. Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to reopen RFQ 140G0126Q0124 to allow vendors additional time to submit a quotation for evaluation.
