The NAICS Code is 334416, Capacitor, Resistor, Coil, Transformer, and Other Inductor Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 550. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 5950. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis and procured in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 � Contracting by Negotiation. NSN 5950-01-511-4482 EMS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (51435) P/N 433D1010-1 EMS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (51435) P/N PL433D1010-1 The requirement quantity is 8 EA, (with price breaks up to 35 EA). The delivery time is 330 days. FOB point is Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. There is no active solicitation at this time. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
