- Description
- Saguaro National Park (SAGU) manages septic tanks, lift stations, and vault toilets in both the Rincon Mountain District and the Tucson Mountain District. These systems support nearly one million annual visitors, staff, and operational facilities including visitor centers, administrative complexes, heli-base operations, and roadside vault restrooms. Regular pumping and maintenance are required to ensure public health, safety, and compliance with environmental standards. See attached specifications for additional details. This acquisition is 100% for Total Small business Set-Aside. Anticipated Base Year Period of Performance is 6/15/2026 through 6/14/2027. Actual award will determine Period of Performance. Price List includes Base Year plus four (4) Option Years. Site Visit Information as follows for the two (2) Districts: May 19, 2026, at 8:00am Arizona Time: Meeting Location - 2700 N Kinney Rd Tucson, AZ 85743- Visitor Center May 20, 2026, at 8:00am Arizona Time: Meeting Location - 3693 S Old Spanish Trail Tucson, AZ 85730 - Visitor Center Questions must be submitted electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@ios.doi.gov by 12pm Mountain Time on May 25, 2026. A compiled list of questions received along with Government responses will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. All quotes are due electronically by the time and date set forth in this solicitation.
