Please email Jake Anderson and Ryan Larrison at the following emails and you will get a link to the file via DoD SAFE: jake.t.anderson@usace.army.mil ryan.r.larrison@usace.army.mil The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District has a requirement for a construction contract for the project known as: CEDAR RAPIDS FLOOD RISK MANAGEMENT PROJECT, REACH 1, SOUTH RAILYARD FLOODWALL. The work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition; temporary traffic control; clearing and grubbing; metal sheet pile and steel H-pile installation; toe drain installation; floodwall construction; watermain modifications; storm sewer installation; riprap, bedding stone and aggregate surfacing placement; seeding and site restoration. All contractor access by barge. NAICS: 237990 Size Standard: $45,000,000.00 Estimated Range: Between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00 Total Small Business Set Aside, Invitation for Bids (IFB) Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via ProjNet by 2:00 PM CST on 04 June 2026.
