- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a Full and Open Competitive solicitation (N00024-26-R-5213) for product support and installation of surface ship Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) capabilities. This requirement concentrates on four interrelated areas of support: 1) logistics, 2) installation, 3) fleet support, and 4) life-cycle sustainment. The upcoming one base year plus four option years contract will include contract line items (CLINs) for product supportability, installations, and incidental materials/other direct costs. The Government anticipates a Request for Proposal release in the third quarter of FY26. Offerors may submit written questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements once the Request for Proposal is issued. Specific instructions regarding submittal of questions and posting of answers will be contained within the solicitation. No telephone or email inquiries will be accepted regarding requests for solicitation packages, as a solicitation has not been prepared at this time. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS: Registration in the SAM database will be a pre-requisite for receiving an award. For more information on SAM registration and Unique Entity ID, refer to the SAM website at www.SAM.gov.
