- This requirement is for a contractor (hotel) to provide all labor, supervision, supplies (to include meals), lodging, and meeting facilities necessary to support the SOCKOR Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Marriage Retreat and Spiritual Resiliency Event. The contractor shall be present and provide transportation via two buses that can accomodate baggage 76 people to and from a hotel that's preferably in Sokcho, Gangneung, and the Yangyang coastal region. The hotel must have direct beach access without steep paths, cliffs, or external routes and availability for this event on 17 - 20 June 2026. More information is provided in the Statement of Work.
