- W912DW26RA013: Construction for a Secure Operations Facility located at Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), Washington. The purpose of amendment 8 is to extend the closing date from 11 May 2026 to 26 May 2026 and to revise section 00 21 00, Instruction, Conditions and Notices to offerors. Changes are generally identified, for convenience, either by strikeout for deletions, and double underlining for text for additional or a single dark line in the margin. All portions of the revised sections shall apply whether changes have been indicated. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of all amendments including this amendment by number and date on their proposal. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
