- Project Name: Janitorial Services for Chiloquin Ranger Districit Solicitation No. 1240BE26Q0066 Project Location: Chiloquin Ranger Station 38500 Highway 97 North Chiloquin, OR 97624 This presolicitation publicizes a forthcoming solicitation for Janitorial services for the Malheur National Forest. As authorized by FAR 12.201-1 Simplified procedures (c)(2) the contracting officer has chosen to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. Email address 6. *Property Services Contractor License from (BOLI) * Any person or entity that recruits, solicits, supplies or employs workers for janitorial services must have a valid Property Services Contractor License from the Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries (BOLI). The annual license fee is $350.00. See the following website for directions on how to apply for a license. https://www.oregon.gov/boli/employers/pages/property-services-janitorial-labor-contractors.aspx The estimated solicitation issue date is May 23, 2026 Quotations will be due June 5, 2026. This is estimated and will likely change. Quoters must be registered in www.sam.gov by the solicitation due date. The solicitation will be set-aside for small businesses, based on NAICS Code 561720 (Janitorial Services industry). The solicitation will not be posted to SAM. The solicitation will be solicited directly to at least three sources.
