- Notice This advertisement is for market research. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. Description The VA seeks to lease approximately 12,529 RSF of medical space with a minimum of 70 parking spaces within the delineated area explained below for use as Clinical space. VA will first consider leased space located in an existing building, then build to suits. Lease term will be for 10 years, lease extensions will be negotiated separately and are not guaranteed.
