- The subject Pre-solicitation is being re-opened as of 05/07/2026. NSWCPD has a requirement for UMM Adaptor Block and Spare Parts. The drawings associated with this requirement have a distribution D CUI statement. To view the RFQ and drawings, a JCP Certification must be submitted. Please send your company's JCP Certification to zachary.f.mccurry.civ@us.navy.mil. This requirement is now being solicited as full and open competition. This pre-solicitation notice closes on 05/21/2026. The RFQ and drawings will be issued AFTER the closing of the pre-solicitation notice.
