- East Brimfield Lake Dam, Fiskdale, MA � New Project Office The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is solicitating an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the New Project Office at the East Brimfield Lake Dam in Fiskdale, Massachusetts. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IFB procurement. The NAICS code for the work described below is 236220 with a size standard of $45M. The project is planned to be issued in June 2026 and will be set aside for Small Businesses. The period of performance will be approximately 365 days. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,500,000 and $3,500,000 The work of this project involves the demolition of two existing out-buildings (which will include lead paint abatement), and the construction of a new one-story wood framed project office building with a pitched roof. The building consists of offices, kitchen, restroom, reception spaces and an attached two-bay garage. The project includes the redevelopment and expansion of the existing paved area to provide additional parking spaces, and improvements to accessible access to the building. The work will also include all necessary utility and earthwork, such as, but not limited to excavation, filling, backfilling, trenching, compaction, and grading; placing topsoil and seeding at disturbed areas. Please note that this solicitation is set aside for certified small businesses. This is not a request for proposals at this time; the solicitation requirements and contract documents which will include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about May 2026. Neither telephonic, mailed, nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to view the solicitation offerors must access the System for Award Management website (www.sam.gov). In order to download the solicitation, offerors must access the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (https://piee.eb.mil/).
