PROJECT: WHITETAIL ROAD 224 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MAY 7, 2026: AMENDMENT TWO (A0002); The purpose of A0002 is as follows: (1) To provide questions to contractor�s questions; (2) All other terms and conditions remain the same. See the Attachments/Links section to view A0002 in its entirety. Quotes are due by June 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. Quotes shall be submitted via email to: Janice King at Janice.king@usda.gov and to Lucas Dahlman at lucas.dahlman@usda.gov by the established due dates and times. APRIL 30, 2026: AMENDMENT ONE (A0001): The purpose of A0001 is as follows: (1) To provide the Site Visit's Attendee's List from April 28, 2026; (2) To provide questions to contractor�s questions; (3) All other terms and conditions remain the same. See the Attachments/Links section to view A0001 in its entirety. Questions are due no later than May 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. Quotes are due by June 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. Questions and quotes shall be submitted via email to: Janice King at Janice.king@usda.gov and to Lucas Dahlman at lucas.dahlman@usda.gov by the established due dates and times. Description of Work: Work for this project consists of constructing a roadway embankment with turnouts and lead-off ditches; installing specified multi-axial geogrid geosynthetic on approved constructed roadway; furnishing, placing and compacting the aggregate material base course on the geogrid; seeding and installing specified erosion control material; and a final shaping of the roadway as specified. Work will be performed on a designated 1.7 miles of Whitetail Road #224 per Base Item, with Optional Item of additional aggregate placement on Whitetail Road #224. Roadway will be constructed to a fourteen (14) foot wide roadway surface as Shown on the Drawings. Blade the placed aggregate to provide a smooth-running surface with a centerline crown. Reference (FP-24) Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges as shown in the Specifications and Drawings. Work to be completed shall be as shown in the Statement of Work, Schedule of Items, Plans and Drawings and Specifications.
