- Update as of 07 May 2026: Amendment 0001 attached with the Government�s response to the Requests for Information. Contractors are reminded to sign the SF30 as acknowledgement of the amendment when submitting their quote. The due date has not been extended. Update as of 04 May 2026: The bid schedule was updated to show 1,500 square feet. The Government strongly encourages a firm to conduct a site visit prior to submitting a quote. INTENT The intent of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to award one Firm-Fixed Price contract for Janitorial Services at the Recruitment Office in Beeville, Texas (TX). 2. BASIS OF AWARD Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Offeror that meets the requirements as laid out in this RFQ and is determined to be responsible by the Contracting Officer. The Government intends to award without entering negotiations; however, reserves the right to negotiate with an offeror(s). This is a 100% set aside for 8(a) firms.
