- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the requirement titled Modernize Outlying CBOC Building Automated Systems (Guam/Samoa), VA Pacific Islands, Honolulu, Hawaii. This procurement is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $45M. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 15. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
