PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Agency: Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Operating Division: National Institutes of Health (NIH) Institute: National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) PSC Code: DA10 � IT and Telecom � Business Application/Application Development Software (Commercial Software) NAICS Code: 513210 � Software Publishers Requirement: The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to procure a renewal of Uptrends software licenses, consisting of: ITRS Uptrends Business License � Quantity: 1 Uptrends Legacy Licenses � Quantity: 85 The Government�s current licenses have lapsed. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) year from date of delivery/activation. Acquisition Approach: This requirement is for commercial products/services and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Government intends to use streamlined acquisition procedures to the maximum extent practicable. Set-Aside Determination: This requirement is anticipated to be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Government may not issue a formal solicitation and may conduct oral solicitations. All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration in response to this notice. Submission Information: Interested vendors may submit quotes in response to this notice. Quotes shall be submitted via email to jesse.weidow@hhs.gov.
