Description

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit proposals for Supply & Installation of Load Banks as per attached statement of work. Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt. Payment terms: within 2-3 weeks upon satisfactory completion of services. Bids valued $30,000.00 or above vendors must possess an active SAM registration. Guidelines for SAM registration attached. Location, American Embassy Colombo No.210 Galle Road Colombo 3 Sri Lanka Quotation due date and time: On or before May 21st, 2026, at 1700 hours Local Time Time. Email your quotes to the below email address on or before due date and time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
