Edit solicitation section C to remove optional line items that are no longer needed (see the continuation pages of this amendment). D. Edit solicitation section L to remove one requirement from technical factor 3 that is no longer needed (see the continuation pages of this amendment). E. Provide a pdf document containing attic photos and a photo key plan. This is intended to provide an overview of access limitations in the attic space.
