Amendment 0001 is to delete ""Furnish, install and commission the Mojave Monitor dry vacuum system or like model"" from the Statement of Work, B.1 Deliverables. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26026Q0595 is issued as a [insert request for quotation (RFQ) for acquisition of backflow assembly testing, maintenance, and compliance certification for the So. Oregon Rehab Center & Clinics in White City, OR. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
