SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers.***�. This Market Survey is issued for the purpose of assessing Small Business capabilities. Small Business firms having the capabilities to perform the tasking described in this MS are encouraged to respond. It should be noted that any resultant set aside contract or task order for services (except construction) will include the applicable limitations on subcontracting clause. If responding using similarly situated entities (SSEs), as defined in FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, the small business prime will not pay more than 50 percent of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance to subcontractors that are not SSEs. The Naval Information Warfare Center (NAVWAR) Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic (NIWC-Atlantic) is issuing this Market Survey for determining Small Business capabilities and is soliciting information from potential sources to provide engineering analysis and technical support services required to support the Shore Submarine Communications Systems (SSCS) to include SUBOPAUTH and LBUCS Program Support by providing components through system level engineering, Subject Matter Expert (SME) technical and training support for the modernization, sustainment and on-site technical support at NIWC Atlantic Charleston, SC, NIWC Atlantic Portsmouth, and Foreign Military Support (FMS). The Contractor shall provide personnel for on-site support twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week for 365 days per year at the following sites: Virginia, Hawaii, Italy, Japan, Washington and Georgia. The Contractor shall provide technical support for Shore Submarine Communications Systems located at the TACAMO sites in support of NIWC Atlantic and NIWC Pacific, TYCOMs and other commands as required to maintain sites fully operational and current.
