- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23, is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of a Brand Name or Equal system to the Elekta Vantage Deep Brain Stimulation Stereotactic system, to be delivered to Minneapolis VA Health Care System.
