- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Mammoth 850 Snow Removal Equipment which consist of Mammoth 850 Snow Removal Machine, 851001 48-inche Snow Blower, 851001 48"" Snow Blower Attachment, 48 Inch Combo Straight Blade / V-Plow Attachment 0 -30 Degree, 851004 44"" Power Broom, (Brand Name or Equal) and shipping. Deliver to: DoDAAC F3V1A1, 20TH Ave, Bldg 2320, Sheppard AFB, TX 76311. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 333112, and the small business size standard is 1500 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302026Q0048 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached ""Combo RFQ"" and attachments for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, FA302026Q0048, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 11:00AM CST on 13 May 2026.
