- This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY. Project Solicitation Number: FA813726R0029 Project Title: WWYK250173, Replace Bowling Alley Roof, B5703 Project Location: Tinker AFB - B5703 Replace roof for B5703 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) Oklahoma 73145 The estimated project value is below $25M and is restricted to SB MAC BOA holders only. Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. Currently, the Solicitation � Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available. This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY. After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB � MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received within 3 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. ***** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor. Initial Site Visit is set for May 20th, 2026, 2:00 PM, At Building 5703 south side parking lot. *Only 7 attendees per Prime Contractor allowed to attend Site Visit.* You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY.
