PROJECT NUMBER: 516-22-602 LOCATION VAMC - Cape Coral 2489 Diplomat Pkwy E, Cape Coral, Fl 33909 This modification incorporates the deviated VAAR clause 852.204 70, Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Personnel, and the supplemental VAAR clause 852.204 72, Personnel Vetting and Credentialing, in accordance with Class Deviation issued under FAR 1.404 and VAAR 801.404, effective February 27, 2026. AND FAR 52.222-90 ADDRESSING DEI DISCRIMINATION BY FEDERAL CONTRACTORS (APR 2026). PROVIDES A COPY OF THE SITE VISIT SIGN-IN SHEET EXTENDED THE QUOTE DUE DATE TO 06/01/2026 AT 1:00PM EST.
