- Solicitation Amendment W912D026QA0060001 is issued on 05 May 2026. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912D0-26-Q-A006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for U.S. Army Portable Latrine Rental and Other Related Services at Joint Base Elmendorf- Richardson and cantonment areas. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services and the small business size standard is $9 million. See Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors provision in the Solicitation for instructions to submit a complete quote. See Addendum to FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation provision in the Solicitation for the evaluation criteria of a complete quote. As outlined in the Solicitation, all questions or concerns shall be submitted in writing no later than 1300 AKDT on 01 May 2026. As outlined in the Solicitation, complete quotes are to be submitted no later than 1300 AKDT on 18 May 2026.
