- Description
- The U.S. Embassy Panama has a requirement for Venue Decoration Services as per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Pricing shall be submitted in the format and for the quantities indicated in the statement of work. The solicitation number is 19PM0726Q0009 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. Services to be acquired: Venue decoration services for the USA Independence Day 250th Anniversary Celebration, to be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Services shall be performed at the location specified in the SOW. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. Please ensure your email with your offer does not exceed (30 MB), if it does then you might have to send more than one email. Offers are due Thursday, May 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (local time). No quotations will be accepted after this deadline. All responsible sources may submit a written offer on or before the due date and time. A Site Visit will be held on April 27, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. (local time) at the Biomuseo. Interested offerors shall confirm attendance by submitting the attendee�s full name, identification number, and cellphone number to the Panama GSO Procurement Team at Pnmprocreq@state.gov or ReyesMA@state.gov no later than April 24, 2026; Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to the same email addresses no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time) on April 28, 2026.
