This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S77-26-Q-0011. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 dated March 13, 2026, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20251011.
