- It is the Government�s belief that only the OEM, MSC Filtration Technologies CAGE CODE 4JSW2, or their authorized distributors, can obtain the required technical and engineering data and genuine OEM parts required to successfully provide these items. Authorized distributors who have the business concern and the required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit a quote. If you submit a quote for this solicitation, IT MUST include a letter from the OEM, MSC Filtration Technologies CAGE CODE 4JSW2, verifying your company is an authorized distributor. The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement for the following items: NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE AUTHORIZED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM USCG SFLC TECHNICAL EXPERTS.
