Project Title: Replace Medium Voltage Cutoff Switches at USCG Joint Base Cape Cod, 5201 Lee Rd., Buzzards Bay, MA Solicitation issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. All documents for the solicitation are available at https://sam.gov/. Description of Work: The project consists of (1) base bid. Base Bid Item: The Contractor shall provide all design, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal necessary to: Provide a complete operational 5KV distribution system that meets or exceeds the National Electrical Code. NAICS Code: 237990 -- Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction SBA Size Standard: $19.0 Million Construction Magnitude: The magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000 IAW FAR 36.204. Product Service Code (PSC): Z2PZ IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES: Bid Due Date: 9 June 2026 at 2:00PM EST Request for Information (RFI)/Questions Due Date: 21 May 2026 at 4:00PM EST Site Visit Date: 12 May 2026 at 10:00AM EST (see page 96 of solicitation for site visit details) Contract Completion Date (CCD): The CCD for the base bid is 270 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bid guarantee required.
