Qty 1 Patterson-Kelley Model PK-08D Semi-Instantaneous Water Heater rated to provide 27 GPM of Domestic Hot Water from 40-120F when supplied with 25 psig Inlet Steam and 5 psig in the Coil @ 1122#/hr.
