- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate writtensolicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA460826QC053 is issued as a Request for Quote forone (1) Brand Name Trane Chiller. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. Thissolicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses maybe accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. If funds are not available to fund the entire contract value, the Government reserves the right to re-evaluate quotations by unit price per item and issue an award on a SOME, NONE, or ALL basis for each individual item needed. Description of Requirement: This is a purchase and delivery requirement for one (1) Trane 140-Ton Air-Cooled Scroll Packaged Chiller. This acquisition is on behalf of the 2d Civil Engineering Squadron (2 CES) located at Barksdale AFB, LA, and must conform to the customer's salient characteristics. Installation will be handled by members of the 2 CES. Delivery Terms: Freight on Board (FOB) Destination Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN: 0001 Product/Service Description: Trane 140-Ton Air-Cooled Scroll Packaged Chiller IAW the highlighted specification in Attachment 2 - Salient Characteristics Quantity/ Unit: 1 Each Best Value Determination: Contract award will be based on price/technical to determine best value. Due Date and Time: Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer listed below by 2:00 PM CDT, Friday, 15 May 2026.
