Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only; a quote is being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA857126Q0064. This requirement is for the purchase of one (1) Aircraft Tow Tractor, in which the Contractor shall provide all the equipment, transportation, documentation/manuals and training for a Tractor Aircraft Tug U-30 (TMX-450-50) for the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia This is acquisition is being solicited as a Brand Name requirement for TLD America Corporation. All questions must be received by 12:00 PM EST on 23 April 2026. Please send all questions to Ms. Taylor Walker at taylor.walker.10@us.af.mil. This solicitation is hereby extended to 8 May 2026. Offers must be submitted by 1:00 PM EST. FA857126Q00640001 also incorporated provisions/clauses that are necessary. FA857126Q00640002 is hereby issued to incorporate additional clauses that address procurement of the TMX-450-50 which is manufactured in France. FA857126Q00640003 is hereby issued to correct system glitch and ensure all clauses are included.
