4 May 2026 REVISION: Due to mission requirements, the period of performance dates for this requirement have shifted from 23 June 2026 through 22 June 2027 to 23 September 2026 through 22 September 2027. New and revised quotes will be accepted until the deadline of 9:00 AM PDT on 5 June 2026. Please note that the following additions have been made to N4523A26Q5705: --Subsection 4 has been added to Section 19 on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation requiring Manufacturer literature or product brochures for the equipment provided under this solicitation to demonstrate full compliance with the technical specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) --Section 5.24 has been added to the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 6 April 2026 REVISION: The Performance Work Statement has been updated to include Subsection 5.23, and Section 7 Subsection 7.1. See ""A5 60211357 PWS 100KW EDG_R2"" for revised version. Q&A responses posted to attachments. See ""C2 26Q5705 QA Response"" This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. PSNS & IMF, located in Bremerton, WA, is requesting a quote from your firm for the item(s) listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Solicitation # N4523A26Q5705 is being issued for lease of (1) 100kW Diesel Generator. Period of Performance: 23 June 2026 - 22 June 2027 All questions concerning this solicitation shall be addressed to Kimberly Neumann at kimberly.e.neumann.civ@us.navy.mil and Amanpreet Johal at amanpreet.s.johal2.civ@us.navy.mil by 9:00 AM.
