- DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service has a requirement for janitorial services at Devils Postpile National Monument, California. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140P8526Q0038 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The performance period includes a one-year base and four one-year options. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.104-1, and the NAICS code is 561720 with an associated small business size standard of $22 million in average annual receipts. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clause may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical capability, and past performance. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 5:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON FRIDAY, May 22, 2026. Only emailed quotes will be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to lisa_henson@ios.doi.gov and reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, e.g., '140P8526Q0038 QUESTION.' Questions must be received by May 13, 2026, by 1:00 p.m. (PT). Questions received after this date may or may not be addressed. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
