- Description
- This is a combined presolicitation/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4600-26-Q-0035 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for The Contractor shall operate, maintain, install, refuel, and repair energized and de-energized facility and power distribution components for electric circuits, electric control systems, and associated equipment. The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and replace all electric power generators, electrical systems, facilities, and spaces. The Contractor shall be responsible for all accountable electrical Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE), associated equipment items, and all electrical control systems required for RPIE facility electrical systems to be functional. The Contractor�s repair/maintenance procedures, materials, and workmanship shall meet the mandatory and advisory provisions for operation and maintenance of all electrical equipment to include generating plants. This acquisition is set aside for a small business concern under NAICS 561210, Facility Support Services. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of a SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing to the Contracting Office by 07 May 2026, 11:00 AM CDT. Answers to all questions will be posted via amendment to www.sam.gov as soon as readily available. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME All offers must be submitted to the Contracting Office by 18 May 2026, 11:00 AM CDT.
