Description

Amend 0001- To provide Q&A and extend the due date to May 08, 2026 at 03:00 PM (MT). This solicitation is issued for commercial products and/or commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75H70726Q00039 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120, with a corresponding small business size standard of 1,200 employees. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made on an unrestricted basis. Solicitation Reference: Quoters shall reference Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00039 in all correspondence related to this requirement. Submission Requirements: To be considered for award, all quoters shall submit the following: 1. Technical Capability (Volume I) 2. Past Performance (Volume II) 3. Price/Quote (Volume III) 4. A sign 1449, including acknowledgement of all amendments Submission of Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email no later than April 29, 2026, by 03:00 PM (MDT) to shannon.eldridge-shorty@ihs.gov. Quoters are encouraged to submit questions as early as possible to allow sufficient time for Government response.
