CLIN 0003 and CLIN 0004 revised delivery date to 8Jul2026 The United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) on behalf of the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) is requesting a quote for concrete forms. This requirement is being requested at lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). To be consider technically acceptable you must provide a quote that meets all specifications listed in the SF1449.
